Reis and Cordeiro’s concluding work presents a deeply cosmic exploration through sensuous abstraction, vividly captured in the landscapes of Trás-os-Montes. The film elegantly intertwines natural elements with visual perception, as described by Reis himself, reflecting a dynamic interplay of matter and form. This screening also features Do Céu ao Rio, a previously lost early short that documents dam construction along the Cávado River in Portugal.
