NoBudge, an online platform dedicated to low-budget indie filmmaking, presents a program of ten short films from emerging NYC-based filmmakers. The lineup showcases a variety of styles, from narrative dramas and comedies to animation, personal documentaries, and experimental horror. Seven of these films are New York premieres.
