FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper finds himself trapped for 25 years in the Black Lodge, as his psychopathic doppelgänger wreaks havoc on Earth. After escaping the Lodge, Cooper returns to Earth in the form of a manufactured doppelgänger named Dougie Jones, a corrupt and debt-riddled employee of a Las Vegas insurance agency. Disoriented and lacking memory of his identity, Cooper (as Dougie) is dropped at a casino where he promptly wins 30 megajackpots in a row.
